Returns & Refunds
All clothing items are returnable within 14 days of delivery. Housewares, jewelry, shoes, & purses are sold “as is” and are not eligible for returns.
All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
Items returned are eligible to receive a refund to the original form of payment or store credit. Please note: if a refund is selected, the refund total may be subjected to a $2 restocking fee.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item. Please note that the 14-day timeframe starts when an item is delivered, not when the order is placed.
To return clothing item(s) through the mail,
Print the order confirmation email sent to you upon placing your order.
- Place the printed order confirmation in package with return items.
- Navigate to our return portal to submit your return here.
- Mail your item back with the label you receive.
- Upon receiving your return items, your refund will quickly be issued!
Clothing bought from ShopTheJub.com can be returned through our customer portal, or at any of the Jubilee Stores within 14 days.
To return in-store, simply provide the packing slip included in your order or email confirmation of your order along with your item(s).
