Returns & Refunds

 All clothing items are returnable within 15 days of delivery.

Clothing bought from ShopTheJub.com can be returned through the mail, or at any of the Jubilee Stores within 15 days. 

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days from the date of delivery of an item. Please note that the 15-day timeframe starts when an item is delivered, not when the order is placed.

To return clothing item(s) through the mail,

1. Print the order confirmation email sent to you upon placing your order.
2. Place the printed order confirmation in package with return items.
3. Mail it to Jubilee Ministries Online 232 W Main St, Palmyra, PA 17078
4. Upon receiving your return items, your refund will quickly be issued!

To return In-Store, simply provide order email confirmation as proof of purchase along with your item(s).  

Housewares & Jewelry items are sold “as is”. Non-clothing (Housewares and Jewelry) items are not returnable.
